As the Salesmanship Club prepares to implement two new programs and build leadership depth for the future, the agency has implemented an administrative reorganization with Board approval, including several key staff appointments. The new leaders of our Family Services team and our Family Therapy program include:

Dr. Delane Kinney is SCYFC’s new Associate Executive Director. In this role, Dr. Kinney will oversee the Family Therapy program, the new Family Works Ceanter and the Reunion Institute. A licensed psychologist, Dr. Kinney has headed the Family Therapy team for 26 years. She will also oversee all of SCYFC’s operations in the absence of Dr. Kent Skipper, executive director.

Michelle Billings Kinder has recently been appointed Co-Director of the Family Therapy program with Ann Reese. Michelle is a licensed professional counselor and is fluent in Spanish. She has been a bilingual family therapist with SCYFC for six years. In addition to providing leadership to the Family Therapy program, Michelle will continue to see children and families in therapy.

Ann Reese joins Michelle as Co-Director of the Family Therapy program. Ann is a licensed clinical social worker and has been a therapist with SCYFC for 17 years. She will continue to see clients in addition to her new administrative duties.
