- Conduct annual internal evaluations and provide reports concerning the effectiveness of all Therapeutic Services Programs.
- Coordinate a longitudinal research study of students and families at JEJCS throughout their tenure at the school. We track family changes and students' development (academically and socially) over time and provide annual reports concerning the school's progress.
- External evaluations of the long-term effects of programs on clients (graduates of the J. Erik Jonsson Community School).
- Research on Student Engagement for Learning and curriculum development/implementation at JEJCS.
- Manage and report client and service statistics for all SCYFC programs, including in-house communications support via a comprehensive intranet site, INSIDE.
- All IT operations and functions for the agency.
