Results

Each year, the research team at Salesmanship seeks to ensure that programs have a measurable impact. Using tools that include monthly client surveys and post-class evaluation forms, research indicates that the following results were achieved in 2010.

Therapeutic Services

A total of 1,818 families (3,453 individuals) came to SCYFC for clinical services

• 87% report that their ability to manage the problems for which they sought help has improved.
• 99% report that they would recommend Salesmanship Club services to other families with troubled children

Parent Education

2,421 individual clients attended Parenting Classes

• 93% would recommend SCYFC parenting education to other families
• 91% gained knowledge and skills to be effective parents

Referral Sources

Salesmanship seeks to work collaboratively with others in the community and to facilitate effective, high-quality services for children and their families. In response to a survey issued by our research team, 100% of our referral sources (schools, hospitals, other human service organizations, etc.) report that they would refer families in need to Salesmanship again.
